A Reminder for the Restless Mind

You do not have to have all of the answers right now.

You do not have to sort it all out right here.

It will absolutely feel that way, but at the same time, this is true:

as the world moves around you,

the ground is steady beneath your feet.

Morgan Harper Nichols

I chose this quote because sometimes, I hate change. I always want to have control of what is happening around me, but we all know that is not possible in every situation. Being able to ground myself in situations that are out of my control has helped me grow tremendously. I have been able to reach goals by accepting that there are things I cannot change. Instead of trying to fix it, I work with what I am given and do my best to succeed.
